Sport: Basketball
Product: 2013-14 Panini Prestige
Break Date: December 4, 2013
Hit Breakdown: No guaranteed hits
Summary: I went back for another Prestige blaster, for some unknown reason. With a fairly weak rookie class and a product that's borderline anyway, I really should have just stopped with the first one.
This one, though, was slightly better. At the very least, there was a jersey card (even if it was Tyler Zeller, who's pretty terrible.).
There were rookies for both Michael Carter-Williams and Victor Oladipo, though, so that was nice. The Franchise Favorites insert set is really nice, and the Derrick Rose is a good looking card.
Bottom line (again) – if the Zeller was a better player, the break grade would have been higher. But when the best cards are base rookies, you're getting beat up. So, this Prestige blaster gets a B, based merely on the jersey card.
